Craft Video Tutorials

We see it everywhere. It started out as DIY and now everyone is, literally, making everything themselves…from handmade gifts and home decor to full-sized furniture and fixing your own plumbing! And this “movement” has taken quite a leap in the last few years. I have to admit, I kind of love the idea of getting my hands dirty, so it’s right up my alley. Thus, our YouTube Channel was born, and our craft video tutorials are helping thousands of people to craft, sew, and embroider!

I think we all become too reliant on nearby stores, and the local washing machine guy. That’s why I craft. I can make gifts way in advance, or even at the last minute. I can decorate my house, or change the look of a room with things I might already have on hand. I can make something old look new again. There are a million reasons to DIY and craft. And, if you are a little timid at first…we’re happy to take you by the hand through our videos.

Why do we create craft video tutorials?

yt-brand-full-logoMaking video tutorials provides the most personal way for us to show you how we do things. You can hear our voice and see us work through the motions. It’s easier for you to relate to us, because we’re people just like you. We’re mothers, crafters, wives, friends – and we’re just doing what we do! We make mistakes, we fix mistakes, we start over, and most of time, we succeed. We want you to feel that success, too. And, videos seem like the obvious choice to share something, step-by-step.

In our craft video tutorials, you will mostly find us focused on beginner crafts like crochet, embroidery, sewing, felting, and other DIY crafts. These are our favorite methods, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find us trying something new. We love to venture out of our comfort zone quite often. So, please join us in our crafty little journey. Here’s a look at some of our most recent craft video tutorials, but you can find ALL of them on TLC Inspirations’ YouTube Channel.
